1. Booking and Payment Terms

  1. All bookings for surf coaching sessions must be made through our website, via email, or through phone/WhatsApp communication.
  2. Payments for sessions must be made in full prior to the start of any scheduled session.
  3. We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
  4. Prices for surf coaching sessions are listed on our website and may vary based on session duration or special offers.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  1. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may result in a cancellation fee.
  2. In case of bad weather or unsafe surf conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule the session. If we need to cancel due to weather, a full refund or an alternative session will be offered.

3. Surf Lesson Requirements

  1. Participants must be at least 10 years old to attend our surf coaching sessions. Participants under 18 must have parental consent to participate.
  2. Surf sessions are held in safe, controlled environments, and participants are expected to follow the instructions of the coach at all times.
  3. All participants must be able to swim and should inform the coach of any medical conditions prior to the session.

4. Liability Waiver

  1. By participating in surf coaching sessions, you acknowledge that surfing can be physically demanding and may involve certain risks. While we take every measure to ensure a safe environment, you agree to assume all risks associated with the activity.
  2. A waiver of liability will be required before starting your first surf coaching session.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

  1. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Any personal information you provide will only be used for booking, communication, and business purposes.
  2. We will never share your personal data with third parties without your consent.

6. Surf Equipment

  1. Waves Surf  provides surfboards and wetsuits for each session. If you wish to bring your own surf equipment, please ensure that it meets the safety standards.
  2. Any damage to equipment due to misuse or negligence may incur a replacement or repair charge.

7. Code of Conduct

  1. All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards others during surf lessons. Aggressive or disruptive behavior may result in the removal from a session without refund.
  2. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of discrimination, harassment, or unsafe behavior.

8. Changes to Terms

  1. Waves Surf  reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you and will take effect as soon as they are posted on this page.
