Every session is structured to help you and your group develop confidence and better technique in the water.
I get in the water with your group. I give each surfer individual feedback between waves; nobody gets ignored. We work on:
Once your group is comfortable in the water, I move to the beach and film everyone's waves. After the session we sit down together and review the footage. You learn from your own clips and from corrections given to others.
When needed we add land-based practice using a surfskate. The whole group works together on body movement and technique.
You do not need much. Here is a simple list of what to bring on the day.
